Join 500 Silicon Valley business and civic leaders to network and dine together to celebrate the "42nd Annual SVCCJ Silicon Valley Exemplary Community Leadership Awards." It is always a reunion of old friends as they come to honor people who built Silicon Valley's economic miracle and the nonprofit organization that represents their investment in the diverse community that anchors their global markets. Who: SVCCJ, Silicon Valley Conference
for Community & Justice
is a human relations organization, celebrating 42 years of empowering
community leaders and people of diverse backgrounds to build just communities,
where each person is treated with respect and understanding. Each year,
SVCCJ reaches: 20,000 victims of crime, 14,000 youth andeducators; 500
community volunteers and leaders; and engages over 300 faith leaders
in innovative programs across the Silicon Valley region.
What: A Black Tie awards dinner honoring Silicon Valley industry and community luminaries for their outstanding personal and organizational leadership to encourage leadership for a multi-cultural and a just society, through their examples. [Previous Honorees]
When: Saturday, April 21st, 2007 at the San Jose Fairmont Hotel, 5:30 - 9:30 PM (reception, dinner, program, entertainment).
